Janna P Visconti is the managing partner of the firm's Elder Law and Medicaid Section. She is a graduate of St. John's University, School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review. A former member of the law firm of Rogers & Wells, (now Clifford Chance), she has been admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Arizona and Connecticut. Ms. Visconti serves on the Elder Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association, is a member of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, sits on the Board of Directors of the Retired Senior Volunteer Corps, and is a member of the Executive Board of Senior Umbrella Network of Suffolk County. She holds a certificate in Geriatric Ministry from Stony Brook University, and she has been trained as a Guardian by the Suffolk County Bar Association. She is a frequent speaker on topics such as Elder Law, Medicaid, Reverse Mortgages, and Asset Protection for Seniors. She has lectured on Elder Law throughout Long Island, including St. John's University, School of Law, and St. Joseph's College.
