Robert A. Braun directs the firm’s real estate, business and corporate law practice as well as the civil litigation department. He is a graduate of Queens College of CUNY and St. John’s University School of Law. Mr. Braun is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In addition to law practice, Mr. Braun currently serves on the Suffolk County Planning Commission. He is also a diabetes lecturer fot the Patient Mentor Institute. He is a former Assistant District Attorney of Kings County. Mr. Braun is a member of Professional Ethics & Civility and Grievance Committees of the Suffolk County Bar Association as well as the committees on the Commercial & Corporate Law, Elder Law and Real Property. He also belongs to the Smithtown Rotary Club and is a past President of the Temple Beth Sholom of Smithtown. He is also a member and past President of Assembly Number One of the Society of American Magicians and is recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America.
