Ronald S. Carner is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Loyola School of Law, Chicago, Illinois. He is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts. In 1974, Mr. Carner merged his law practice with the Sarisohn law firm and has been an active partner ever since, directing the Personal Injury litigation department. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and New York State Trial Lawyers. For many years he has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is formerly a member of the Suffolk County Bar Grievance Committee. He has lectured before national conventions and youth groups at local high schools. Mr. Carner is also Vice President of Maccabi World Union (the world’s largest Jewish organization) which, in addition to many other functions, is the governing body that runs the Maccabiah Games in Israel every four years. These games are the world’s third largest international sporting event.
